Delete your account.

Use this page to request deletion of an NSSG Safety account and associated personal data.

Before you submit

What account deletion means.

Noble Shield Safety Group, Inc. will verify that you control the account before processing a deletion request. After verification, we will begin processing the request and ordinarily complete it within 30 days. We will contact you if additional time is required by law or because the request is unusually complex.

Data we delete

Your NSSG Safety account profile and login access
Contact and profile information associated with the account
Incomplete course progress, saved preferences, and account-linked app activity
Non-required files or content you submitted through the account
Employer, instructor, or organization associations that are not required for retained records

Data we may retain

Payment, invoice, refund, and tax records required for financial or legal compliance
Completed-training, assessment, credential, and certificate-verification records required by law, contract, audit, or credentialing rules
Records necessary to prevent fraud, protect security, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements
De-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you

How retained data is handled

Retained records are access-restricted and are not used for ordinary account activity or marketing. They are kept only for the applicable legal, contractual, tax, audit, safety-training, or credential-verification period and then deleted or de-identified when no longer required.

Important before deletion

Account deletion is permanent and may remove course access and unfinished progress. Download any records you need first. Deleting an NSSG account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable store.
